About the Project

Mixed reality tower defense prototype on Quest 3 where you scan your room, place turrets on real floors, and watch enemies path around your furniture.

Key Contributions

  • Built core MR gameplay using MRUK for room scanning and placement.
  • Implemented dynamic NavMesh baking on real-world furniture.
  • Structured enemy waves using ScriptableObjects and object pooling.

Genre & gameplay: Homefront Siege is a mixed reality tower defense game where your real room becomes the battlefield. The system scans floors, finds valid spots, and lets you place turrets in your actual environment while enemies path around furniture toward their target. My contributions: Built the core MR gameplay using MRUK on Meta Quest 3, including room scanning, floor detection, and turret placement via pinch-and-place interactions. Implemented dynamic NavMesh baking around real-world obstacles so enemies could path around furniture. Structured enemies, waves and projectiles using ScriptableObjects and object pooling to keep performance stable in MR. Focused on building a flexible, systems-driven foundation for future MR tower defense experiments.
